Green Tree Palo Santo Backflow Incense Cones
Palo Santo (Bursera graveolens) means "Holy Wood", and is a tree that grows in the Amazon rainforests of Ecuador and Peru. It belongs to the same family as Copal, Myrrh and Frankincense.
Its wood, leaves and oil have been used for thousands of years by indigenous Shamans to heal the body and soul, purify spaces, clear negative energies and to prepare for meditation.
Palo Santo has a sweet, balsamic and herbal scent, wonderfully calming and soothing, which carries a powerful energy of healing and purification.
Backflow incense cones differ from standard cones as they are semi-hollow with an open hole at the base, and are designed to be used with special burners which have a hole or design that pulls the smoke downward and allows it to fall in a flow, creating a stunning visual effect as it cascades over or through the burner.
