At Crystal Visions Store we specialise in beautiful, high quality, hand picked crystals. We are really passionate about sharing the beauty, healing powers and life-enhancing energy of crystals with others. We are a small, family run business. A husband and wife team, Shae and Carla. We live with our two cheeky boys in Mount Crosby, Australia. We are so grateful to be able to do the work we do. Carla is a Crystal Witch & Certified Crystal Healer, and Shae is a Graphic Design Artist, Photographer & ""Tech Head"". Everything is done in-house and by us. We believe in small business and we feel this allows us to give the very best personalized service, as you are always dealing with an Owner of the business - someone who is very invested and truly cares. Please understand that we value our family life and will usually only reply to calls, emails and messages during business hours.
All our crystals are ethically sourced from an approved seller who supports fair trade. Our supplier's purchase manager travels all around the world to make sure that no children are being employed and the workers are paid reasonably. Unfortunately, there is no governing body that oversees the crystals industry, so we rely on the good relationships & trust we have with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure that we sell only ethical crystals. We believe that how crystals are sourced, handled, stored and shipped affects their energy, so these are things we are mindful of. All of our crystals are cleansed before being put up for sale. Our customers can rest assured that all our crystals are treated with the highest respect and care.
By shopping with us, you are not just helping yourself, but you are also helping a family. Our business enables us to home school of Autistic son and the support of our customers really does mean the world to us. This is not just an income for us, it is so much more. It creates a cycle of energy exchange, where by we are able to help facilitate others' healing & bring beauty into their space with our high vibe crystals, and our customers in turn enable us to give our son the best start in life. We are not a faceless corporation, but a ""Ma & Pa"" small business.
As we are parents and our children are our priority, we try not to work on weekends. This is family time. So please be patient with us if you contact us on the weekend. We will get back to you ASAP with anything urgent, but non-urgent matters will be left until Monday.
We are an online only store based in Brisbane, Australia. We do not have a physical shop front and we do not allow customers to come to our premises to shop. However, we are always happy to provide more photos or video of anything that you would like to purchase, simply contact us via our Facebook page or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We are also passionate about protecting the environment, so we use recycled packaging where ever possible when sending our crystals and do our best to re-use, re-cycle and re-purpose as much as we can. We also use things like recycled paper and packaging materials, compostable post bags and biodegradable bubble wrap when posting our crystals. If you do happen to receive ""normal"" bubble wrap, this is because we are re-using what we have been sent from a supplier. All our orders are sent Carbon Neutral thanks to Shopify Planet. We want to leave a beautiful, healthy planet for our children and all future generations to enjoy. If you do receive an order with normal bubble wrap, it will be because we have re-used it from something we have been sent. We encourage all our customers to try to re-use or re-cycle any packaging sent to them. If you are not able to re-use, re-cycle or compost what you are sent, you are welcome to send it back to us to be use again.
All our orders are sent Carbon Neutral thanks to Shopify Planet. Orders are posted Monday through to Friday and we pride ourselves on a fast turnaround. We are a small business, just a husband & wife team, but 99% of the time your order will be processed and posted within 2 business days - often even on the day of purchase when possible. However, this may vary during peak times like during a sale.
Shipping times vary depending on where in the world you are, but if you are in a rush for your order, be sure to let us know when ordering. We will always do our best to get your order to you ASAP.
Within Australia, we offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $199. There is a flat rate for orders under $199 of $9.95. Express is $14.95 regardless of spend. All orders are sent via Australia Post & tracking is provided.
For overseas shipping prices can vary. We charge $19.95 for New Zealand, $24.95 for USA ( $39.95 for express) & $60 for the rest of the world. Feel free to ask us for a shipping quote for all other countries. Unfortunately, postage from Australia is quite expensive as we are remote, so usually the cost is more than what we charge you, but if your postage costs less than what you have paid, we will refunded the difference.
We offer a variety of payments options including Afterpay, Zippay, Zipmoney, Humm, Paypal, Sezzle, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard & Bank Transfer. If you would like to pay via Bank Transfer, please contact us to find out how at email@example.com
If you are not happy with your purchase or it has been damaged in transit, we are always happy to offer a refund if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or within 30 days for faulty items. We believe its important that your new crystals resonate with you. However, you will be responsible for posting the items back to us and any costs associated. We may ask you to provide a photo of the product, in some circumstances. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We do not refund postage costs unless the only item purchased was damaged or faulty. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the returned items and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If your item doesn't arrive and it has been marked as "Delivered" by the Australia Post tracking services, we take no responsibility and it is up to the buyer to investigate this matter with Australia Post. We do not offer refund for orders that are marked "Delivered" by Australia Post and are claimed to have not been delivered. In this instance, it is considered a theft and police should be contacted regarding your mail being stolen. Usually, Australia Post will take photos of where they have left a parcel if it's been ""Left in a Safe Place.""
Please contact us for information about our refund process. It is advised that you consider using a tracking shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without having tracking information provided to us.
