We are a small business, just a husband & wife team, but 99% of the time your order will be processed and posted within 2 business days - often even on the day of purchase when possible. Within Australia, we offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99. There is a flat rate for orders under $99 of $8.95. Express is $12.95 regardless of spend. All orders are sent via Australia Post & tracking is provided. For overseas shipping prices can vary. We charge $14.95 for New Zealand, $24.95 for USA ( $39.95 for express) & $60 for the rest of the world. Feel free to ask us for a shipping quote for all other countries. Unfortunately, postage from Australia is quite expensive as we are remote, so usually the cost is more than what we charge you, but if your postage costs less than what you have paid, we will refunded the difference.

If you are not happy with your purchase or it has been damaged in transit, we are always happy to offer a refund if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order or within 30 days for faulty items. We believe its important that your new crystals resonate with you. However, you will be responsible for posting the items back to us and any costs associated. We may ask you to provide a photo of the product, in some circumstances. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We do not refund postage costs unless the only item purchased was damaged or faulty.
